I wear one. I used to always wear a beanie helmet in the summer and a 3/4 helmet when it got cold. 15 years ago I went down hard when a young girl pulled out of her driveway and took me out. I couldn't find my beanie so I had on my 3/4 helmet. I hit the ground and you could see the yellow paint from the road on the side of my helmet. That would have been real bad if I was wearing the beanie. Found out later my wife hid my beanie because she hated it. I found a fullface that I really like so that's what I wear the most.
I do. I own 5 helmets. All of them are full faces.
I think full face helmets are better, not just they are safe, they refrain our face and hair from getting dirty too lol.

I would like to wear a full face but I wear glasses and the full faces I have tried on are very hard to get on and off with glasses. I have tried a few modular helmets but I feel like I am in a vacuum and cant focus correctly. Also the modulars were very noisy from wind noise. I would like some advise on what helmet would be quiet and not be vacum like

I had same issue with my glasses but after wearing full face several times the helmet is now broke in and glasses go on fairly easy.

Same issue for me. In all my helmets, I take out the cheek pads and modify them for space for my glasses.

Most higher end full face helmets have "channels" in the internal pads for glasses. I have a Shoei RF1200 and it has this feature. Very comfortable with my glasses on, had many 12 hour long days with the helmet on. But they normally cost north of $500...
