Default No Tail Lights.

neither of my rear tail lights are not working. The lower one that's a 194 bulb, and the one tied in with the brake light. Checked the fuse it's good. Got the multi meter out. checked volts and only have .2 volts on both terminals. Where do I turn next? why am i only getting .2 volts??

Check the wiring harness that runs along the inside of the fender.

Also check the connector under the seat, that feeds the wiring harness near the fender.
