breakout wont start
As a first thing to do, get the battery load tested properly. That's always a first port of call particularly if it has gone flat. It may well be that a bad battery isn't the issue you currently have but regardless have it tested.
Did it go flat through not using the bike or overnight?
It will certainly be worth using speedo diagnostics to check for any current trouble codes. A search on the forum should explain how.
You only have three conventional fuses which it sounds like you've checked and are unlikely with the problem you've described as causing the issue, and there are no relays to check.
Check that the other buttons on the right switch pack are working, the hazards button and front brake switch. This could highlight a connection problem to the switch pack if nothing works. However if either the hazards or brake switch work then that is unlikely as they also need canbus communication to operate.
However, if they're not working either, it may be that the small block connector for that switch gear module isn't connected correctly.
So check for codes first as this should show if there is a communication problem on the canbus to the right switch pack module or a possible problem with the body control module.

Have you done the unplug/plug of electrical connections or the plug and jiggle of connectors and wires whilst starter engaged, some ECU's if you take them out of the circuit they need some reset time so yea , disconnect battery wait 20 mins then reconnect .
Right indicator bulb is good ?
Relays ? Earths?
JBee's post has real merit follow that line of reasoning to a conclusiuon.
Yea the can/bus deal .
The more you know "what it isn't " the less it can be.

Ok at 12.85 is a good reading but it doesn't mean the battery is good but at those numbers the battery should turn over the bike even if it's once or twice or continuous ,so yea it's probably in your elecrical system somewhere , that's why I wanted you to short the solenoid if you can on that model or run power straight to the starter.
