Default Hi Everyone..

I live in the Midwest, Iowa to be exact, and as everyone knows where we are lucky to get 6 months of really good riding weather each year, but ride we do. Well, that is about all there is to my intro, I am a boring individual for the most part.
BUT...…….
Last March I traded off my old '06 Heritage Classic for a '18 Heritage Classic 114 and have never been happier. I do however have a certain dislike/disappointment with my new bike. The bars are standard 1" and look like Toothpicks sticking up on top of the front end. What I need is a set of bars that are about 1-3/4" to 2" diameter to really set off that great front end. I have searched high and low for such a bar with no success and am hopeful that someone here on the forum can help me locate the FAT bars I desire.

I am by no means an expert but I haven't come across anything that big for Softails. 1" to 1 1/2" is the usual diameters from what I have seen. I don't know if you've looked at any in person but 1 1/2" is pretty beefy.

Welcome and good luck in your search.

Welcome to the forum Lloyd.

The 1.25" bars on my '18 Fat Boy are necked down to 1" or 7/8" for the grips. I think 1.25 is about the largest you will find but you'll need to do some work at the grip ends. Next time you're in to the dealership take a look at the FB bars, and talk to the service dept. They just might fit your bike.

Welcome. I don't have anything to add that the others haven't already stated. Good luck and enjoy your new ride!

Welcome to the forum. Maybe just give the bike time to set in.. Those bars may look different in 6 months?
