I'm glad it's back. But...

Why the f*** are the gauges still on the tank and not on the bars where they clearly belong for this style? Good grief.

Seriously, what good is a tach if you have to look at your crotch to see it? Not that this bike actually needs a tach, but that's another story.

Lowrider tach and speedo has always been on the tank. That makes it a lowrider. Only bike that's like that. No one rides looking at the tach all the time. Same as the headlight brow, lowrider.

I go by the sound of the Motor, I know when to shift....

A few points
  1. Breakout comes standard with ABS , so $795 right there
  2. Breakout has all digital dash vs analog gauges
  3. Breakout wheels are higher quality
  4. 114 vs 107
Got to figure the Breakout has a different back end assembly to hold that wider tire setup and combined with the rest of the pieces lower volume on those parts probably means the get less of a deal from manufacturers . Throw in there is a probably more attention to finishes on the Breakout as well.

Still that Low Rider is a steal in the big Harley V-twin world and a used one is even better
