Hi all, I tried searching everywhere for a similar issue with no luck so hopefully someone her might have a clue on what could be the issue
I was starting my bike turned the key on and suddenly the siren beeped once and that was it, the bike wont start. Turned the key off then on but this time the dashboard lights are off and only the red security light lamp is on, turn signals not working and the bike wont start
when key off the double beep and signals flash dont happen and the red security lamp is not blinking.
i checked all fuses, the battery is new and working fine and just replaced the fob battery
so anyone have an idea on what might be the issue here?
Just a guess, could the ignition switch have gone bad? When you turn the key does it feel like it is rotating to the start position?
its working fine, when I turn the key head light, oil lamp and gear indicator all light up and putting the ignition switch to on I do hear the fuel pump starting. Its just the gauge is out and only thing lit in it is that annoying red dot 🔴
☹️
If the using the instructions below doesn't reveal your PIN, maybe because the FOB is bad, you can do the 30 minute password re-learn procedure, which will allow the bike to start, but only a dealership can re-marry the FOB's to the bike.
