Went to Boston MA to see some family and went to a semi local HD dealer. They had a great selection of Motorcycles, more than any dealer I have seen in stock. They had only oneNight Train, it was in black pearl. They had a lot of Softails. But my reason for going their was to get a tee-shirt. They had the whole merchandice area blocked off for the week and a sign that said they were doing inventory (I think they just took a summer vacation).
Of all the weeks...
I was impressed with the number of Harleys I saw on the road in the area. Felt sad when I saw (and remembered)how bad the people drive around there. Then a few minutes later I saw a red Dyna under the front of a car in an intersection (everyone was ok). Stay safe those who ride in large citys.
Glad to see so many in the north east on Harleys.
Stayed in Winthrop MA for few days and saw a nice Night Train near the Cottage Park Yacht Club parked near the street (the neighborhood had several HD's park outside).
Had a great time, but I did not get the tee-shirt...
I like to look at stock on hand to get the stores/area custom shirts (Most on line shirts are not as good to me as the special runs some stores have but dont post), but I do have there card to call later.I guess for me its not the same.
sometimes you have to wonder what dealers are thinking. amazing every other store in america can do inventory without closing. you should of picked up a softail when you were there. they are a better ride.
Boston HD just recently got bought by Bruce Rossemeyer. They are revamping the store. Tough timing to close the store in my opinion, but no asked my opinion-. I am interested to see what they do with it.

I have an 07 black denim Night Train, its a Soft tail and a great ride
But next time I buy another HD I might look to Everett/Boston HD as they have a great selection on hand
