That one looks good, also have cleaned all the wires at the ignition switch.
12.46 volts at battery, 12.46 at "A", and 12.46 at "E"., With key in on position drops to 11.99...

Keep in mind, there is something wired wrong somewhere, so look carefully when you trace the wires.
Next wire to check:
That wire looks to be connected properly.
Also found the gray wire, had tape around it. So took tape off and looked like a mess, so I cut and spliced the wire. Also looking carefully for anything that looks wrong...and looking at the wiring diagram.
Also fired it up with the wire attached, from pin 30 to silver stud, I put a switch on the added circuit. Turned it to run position, fired right up, and killed circuit with switch, voltage regulator and stator are putting out battery now reads 12.79 volts.

At least it runs, that is making progress,...still can't figure out why it's running with the ignition switch in the off position. Haven't found anything yet with the wiring harness being wrong.
