My bike started dying any time I stopped and ran like it was running out of fuel, so I took it to the garage and replaced the fuel filter then put some injector cleaner in the tank, got a code for a dead cylinder, put my spark light on and got shocked, I found a hole in the side of my spark plug wire, replaced those with the 10 mm wires and put new plugs in it, NOW I start it let it idle and warm up a bit then take off and it's starting to bog down at stop signs, then when I get the cob webs blown out of it it goes back to being a normal running bike. I don't know what else to do i'm thinking about replacing the injectors maybe i've got one leaking. I have to go through 2 cycles of hitting the starter for 3 seconds before it starts, if I let it die i've got to do that 4 times and give it some throttle. No codes have shown up. I wait for the fuel pump to disengage before I hit the starter for the first 2 times.

With no codes, and you symptoms, I'd start by checking & cleaning the IAC (Idle Air Controller).
It mounts on top of the intake manifold. It has a plunger that works in a port in the top of the intake, outboard of the butterfly. It works as the name implies. It adjusts the air meixture when coming to idle. If it is dirty and/or not functioning, it can cause symptoms such as yours. It's #9 in this parts pic.
Check and make sure the connector is clean of corrosion and properly plugged in. Then clean the port/plunger with some brake cleaner. Don't get too crazy with the brake cleaner. There are multiple threads on this forum about cleaning it.
Report back after checking/cleaning it ..
Good luck with the repair

Ill get that cleaned out I appreciate it, I also scoped the tank this morning to see if Ive got a rubbed line but nothing crazy the relief on the regulator is is doing what it should and no cracks or leaks anywhere else.
Have you pulled the plugs to see what's happing inside the engine ..always check the plugs too when trying to diagnose a bad running motor ...
rich or lean ..???
I pulled the plugs and they are looking good, I just cleaned the IAC sprayed a bit, toggled it back and forth, its moving, there was some grime that came out, also cleaned out the electrical connection, it wasnt stuck when I first toggled it. I havent gotten to run it down the road yet but will here in a bit.

Welp did an hour and a half ride everything is good, then I go have a steak with my buddies and it floods at the gas station, I pulled my plugs they were both wet.

Did you check again for codes....??
You may have an injector issue, I have read of injectors over fueling, but it is rare...
I would first check for codes to hopefully point you in the right direction...
