06 softtail ticking noise

06 softtail ticking noise
Hi first time poster, my 06 soft tail stock mods has just clicked over 50,000miles. Have started to notice a ticking noise on idle when hot and de acceleration is where it’s at its worst. Just wondering of any ideas. Of what this could be. I am aware they need there cam chain tensioners done around this time. But been doing it for maybe last 6kmiles? Wanting to sell so want to get it sorted. Cheers

I'd say you are overdue for checking the spring cam tensioner pads, on both time & mileage. I'd do that sooner than later... regardless of the ticking..
But the ticking, however, as suggested by back again could be a simple exhaust leak... Always check the easy stuff first...
