Having just seeing this and reading down through the comments, I didn't see where anyone mentioned welding something to the stub of the bolt to get some purchase to put a wrench to.

Harley does not sell just one flywheel for a TC engine; they sell the entire flywheel assembly for $1,600.

The problem is that the stub is about 1 1/2" down in the hole. Might get it with a stick welder and long tube but mig or tig would be impossible.
