Default Damaged Fork Lock Removal Help

Seems someone wanted to walk away with my 2007 Deluxe but the forks were locked. They attempted to force the bars to Break the lock. I found out the next day when i tried to move the handlebars after noticing the cover was not on the bike like i had it. The fork lock just barely grabbed as if it wasn't locked. So now i tried to remove the fork lock after removing the pinch/set small screw on the lock and remove the lock. It came out about 1/4" and that was all. I decided to drill the lock out and afterwards i could see the only thing left now was the stem on the barrel inside the fork. It was apparently obvious that it was bent or something was preventing it from pulling it out. MY QUESTION NOW IS HOW CAN I GET THE REST OF THIS

OUT ? Does anyone have any experience with this issue ? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks and sorry for the long winded explanation.

I expect you will need to remove the lower triple tree with stem and clean things out. Hopefully the stem is not too buggered up.
