esd - I think the things you listed will look REAL good on your bike... especially with that black springer. However, I'd suggest balancing it out with a few items in the back. No need to go overboard, but a balance is necessary to keep it from looking ackward.
To compare our prices with what you have up there in the great white north wouldn't make sense. I'd suggest shopping around in your area. Talk to some of your local indy shops. Depending on your location, local could be pretty wide-spread.
bgismo20 - Thanks for the referal!
tx for allthe response.
just another quick ?
what would you recommend i powder in the back/rear.
Had my A/C cover, horn cover powdercoated. I bought the gloss black HD engine guard. I'm going to have my controls powedercoated to change them from matte black to gloss black. Will probably get some new spoke wheels as well. Right now I am thinking 50 spoke fat daddy's with black spokes and chrome hubs and rings.
I think your bike would look good with black engine guard, black bars w/ chrome controls, and black levers would be sweet.
esd - If you're not too sure how far you want to go with the black at least get the fender struts done and maybe the license plate mount. But, I'd add a chrome ring around the license plate, or chrome hardware,to break it up a bit. If you like the way it's coming out, also do the air cleaner cover and horn cover. Try to keep the color lines flowing from front to back and up and down.
CNC WHEEL GUY has an outstanding example of a blacked out FL model similar to yours to use as a visual reference.
I need some opinions on powder coating.
i'm thinking on powdering my bars, engine guards(on bench)haha, and levers.
but i'm open to opinions hoping someone may have some.
ill try posting a pic or 2 of my bike.
tx for all opinions.
