looking to put a jockey shift and suicide clutch on my 05 fatboy, looking for advice and pics concerning kits or installation. i want the shifter to come up on the outside of my leg not between my leg and the tank / seat. i will also want to be able to reach it without bending over, due to 2 things. 1 i have rods in my back and a big gut and 2 i got apes .
I have the setup on my nightrain. Made most of the parts. The only thing that sucks about shifter on the outside of your leg is you fight to get on and off the bike without hanging yourself and stop signs are a pain. I will try and get some pic's up. Bike is some what apart for more winter mods. You running floor boards? Hydro clutch?
pococj could you send me some pics up close of the labriola setup on your bike and may one with you oon it so i could see how low thw handle is
Bike is apart for winter mods & new engine. Here's a couple pics. FWIW, I'm about 6'2" and have the lever currently set up so that I have to slightly lean to shift. If I was shorter I might not have to lean. I'll be bending the lever so it is a bit higher.
