Well, I really didn't want to remove the exhaust to replace the cam cover project. Looked in the manual with the Cam cover area, and it looked straight forward.
Removed screw 1 to 7, no issues, removed 10 prior thinkin that would be the bitch. got to 8 and S.O.B!!!!
To tight to remove or get the wrench in there. Loosen up the heat shields, and loosened the front and side pipe fitting, maybe it would give alittle. Nope/
I gotta remove the whole exhaust. both pipes are attached together,
im not sure how you're exhaust goes on, but i would take the 2 nuts off the motor side first, then i think they attach near the swingarm, my big radius do there atleast. then id take the 2 bolts that hold them on back there. youll need a opened end wrech for the swingarm bolts, and a socket with an extension for most of the nuts up front. the far front nut, you cant use a extension to get to bc the frame is in the way. you may kind of have to work the socket in there past your heat sheilds. its a pretty easy job, i just removed mine to put a new clutch cable on.
