Default 09 vs 08 Cross Bones

From what I can tell, there is not much new on the '09.&nbsp\\; (Decal on Oil Tank, and oil tank listedas .5 qt bigger)
&nbsp\\;
One of the local dealers has an '08 still, but wont budge on price.&nbsp\\;
is there anything else new on the '09 that would be worth ordering one in?
&nbsp\\;
I am trying to decide if I should just go with the '08 to start riding now, or wait for an '09 to arrive in September (when I am being told it will arrive).

There are 5 HD dealers in the area, one of them *should* want to sell me one for MSRP.&nbsp\\;

IMO, the 2008 XBones being the first model year and also a 105th Anniversary bike makes it more desirable.&nbsp\\; The '09 is just an '09...nothing special.

I think I will have to hit up the HD dealer tomorrow and see if the '08 is still there..&nbsp\\;

I am getting my 08 on Saturday.&nbsp\\; The only thing I noticed in the spec sheet was the difference in oil capacity.&nbsp\\; 3.0 on the 08's and 3.5 on the 09's.&nbsp\\; Any one know what the difference is a result of?

I got my 08 X Bones for $1900 off MSRP with the first service thrown in for free and setup fee waived.&nbsp\\; So, it can be done.&nbsp\\;
