Here are some pics of my Rocker C. Just finished a few things on it this weekend.
Installed Arlen Ness Lowering Kit...lowered it approx. 1-1/4 inches. Installed
side mount license plate. Covered existing fender holes with Kuryakyn Tribal
covers. Installed flamed teardrop mirrors and chrome switch covers. Have a
standard Rocker seat coming on Wednesday (will post pics), also installing V&H
Big Radius pipes with Gib bracket this week (will post pics).

Great job on the Rocker! I have the same bike; I live in Canada and I was wondering where and what side mount plate bracket you used as well as what you used to fill the holes in the rear fender once you removed the light?

I used 2 of the tribal mounts (put together) to cover the exisitng fender holes.
