I have a 1996 fxstc 80 inch evo. Big bore kit 10.5 :1 flat top wise Co pistons. Head work done by hillside cycles. D& D fatcat exhaust, dyno numbers are 91hp and 93 tq at 5300 rpm.
I doubt those Wiseco pistons are flat tops. Nice numbers though. What cam you running?
Here is the sheet for the 117" I built in my '05 Deluxe. I didn't want to go too wild with it and am happy with the numbers and the curve for my riding style.

I just had my 2016 Faboy S Dynoed this past week at Northshore Motorcycles in Long Island, NY. I have a Freedom 2-into-1 union full exhaust with the stock HO air cleaner. Tuned with a Power Vision. Final numbers were 110 Ft-lbs Torque & 90HP. The bike runs sooo damn nice! It literally keeps pulling!
