Default Fake Bum!!!
My friend was cruising down the highway in the left lane when a tractor trailer decided to enter his lane and he got pushed off the highway.

Well kinda,

He rode the Jersey barrier on one cheek for a while until he was going slow enough to fall off.

He is fine now but.

He has 1 fake **** cheek. I didn’t even know this existed. Did you?

I have heard of breast implants but a bum plant!!!

We were going to buy him a new gel seat this x-mas, custom made with the gel on one side so he would feel even.

They are rear end implants for those who have what they call pancake a$$. To each his own i guess, lots of women get them done. Didnt know if to many men were into this procedure. Guess it would help to hold your pants up, i mean if you have an a$$.

I need to check into that. I worked mine off and now all I have is a back with a hole in it.
