The C&C seat is great till about 100 miles. You have to move around every so often. When new, it was a Butt killer after 35 miles.
I really like the seat. For an over nighter outing I would have to switch seats. I have about 4 seats
I 'might' be prejudiced, but I just don't think there is a prettier bike than a Deuce! They remind me of the proverbial little black dress with a simple string of pearls - they just cause the world to stop and stare!
(I just purchased my second '07 Deuce, having the first one totalled in a head-on with a Chevy pickup! His fault - turned into my lane!)
My screen saver is a slide show of 50 or more of my favorite Deuces - yours was just added!
Sweet bike Smitty! I 'might' be prejudiced, but I just don't think there is a prettier bike than a Deuce! They remind me of the proverbial little black dress with a simple string of pearls - they just cause the world to stop and stare! Elegance through simplicity!

Back problems. Same here.
Alternative to replacing the Deuce by buying a new bike to resolve a back problem include
1. get bars with greater pullback.
2. get a saddle with a backrest.
3. get a Road Glide for the long distance rides, and also keep the Deuce
I did all three above. Back feels fine now.
Just curious, did you find bars that used your stock risers but just had more pullback? I'd kinda like to keep the stock risers and the factory look, but just a lttle more pullback. Since my accident I am thinking that little help is gonna make a BIG difference!
