Same thing as far as I'm concerned.

The Ness comes with a K&N filter.

Just an fyi,
Donny Peterson on AIM mentioned in 2 articles that Dohorthy filters do give 5 more HP on average above the other prefromance filters, and he said Dyno numbers were shocking.
You may want to consider them
