Fortunately, yours is only one opinion. Funny how the dealers sell out of every Rocker they get! What may be ugly to one is appealing to another! I'm sure there are many who would consider your bike ugly, whether you think so or not.
Last I heard, they were still selling Victorys........................
the deuce was HD's version of a chopper i guess, the deuce rear fender was an ugly duckling and they wanted a softail with a wide 240 tyre so they went from deuce,to rocker, a rocker is a deuce from the seat forward really, same tank etc
you wonder why hog pro, or heartland dont make a fender for the deuce similar to the fender you get with the phatail kit just for a straight out swap not having to get a new seat or wheel or anything, for say under $500, they would sell like hot cakes!
you dont need those expensine kits to run a 180, 18x5.5 on your deuce, easy mod really, and to go 200 you just need narrow belt and pulley
it is just the rear fender that is the prob!
You guys are all liking and talking up the deuce rear fender, but its one of the oldest designs in Harley customizing. For decades guys were taking FLH bagger front fenders, turning them around, trimming them up and mounting them backwards on the back of the bike. Thats the look the deuce rear fender is mimicking. I don't like it much, but its been popular for ages.
