Why did Harley stop making the Deuce?

Like I said before, I could never find them in showrooms. The worst part on a deuce is the rear wheel. Everything is chrome but that ugly thing. Good thing my chrome renegades will be here Thursday and I can finally get rid of the rear wheel. Its all opinions, I have seen alot of people who love the rear wheel etc. I personally like the rear fender better than some of the custom rear fenders I have seen. Can't really beat that front end and tank though...

I bought mine in 2005 and have made mods so it looks more like a Fat Boy. Worst part about it was no standard softail parts fit, almost everything would state "Except for the Deuce". Now more parts fit like windshileds, front lights, etc.
