Come on Doc, admit you jumped the gun and made a mistake. He was asking a question on a Labriola thread. That should have clued you in to the fact that he was installing a cable for a Labriola kit....................Good day.
Alright perki...
Let's say I had an inkling. I'll give in on this one. You're showing your sensitive side now. You're smiling and laughing aren't you?
No need to drain the tranny! If your on the kick stand you wrong loose more than what these whiney pussies soak up with a tampon. I dig this 3 year old thread, Chaz is gone (RIP) Storys bike looks totally diffrent, & Tx was still a badazz. You boys ever seen bambi, the rabbit says "If you can't say nothing nice, stfu." Something like that.
Not much to see for install, its a stick installed & a clutch perch removed, only cool thing is showing off your ****.
I did it without draining as well. I lost a little oil, but not enough to worry about. If you need a tranny oil change then change it but otherwise if you ned to top it off with an ounce or two top it off. Some people wrap their frame to keep the oil from getting on it, I din;t even bother. Wipe with a rag when done and check the level. the transmission oil is in a range on my bike I think it is 20-24 oz's so an ounce or two is not usually enough to make a difference.

Take care, brother.
Boog
Yep, smiling, laughing, and even crying a little when I think of you being down in Texas where you can still ride. I am where I can't, or won't try to get my bike out of my ice covered driveway to go riding.
Answer the question or don't! So friggin tired of the quick draw race to be 1st in with the "google is your friend" crap. Most people joined this forum thinking we are in here together, have a common interest and will help each other out. (I know I did) If you feel like they should do their own research then DON"T REPLY TO THE QUESTION! easy enough. This internet world has caused people to lose all respect for each other and treat each other like crap. Simple respect and civility goes a long way and you won't get caught with "foot in mouth" syndrome when you've found out you've jumped the gun..
