I am selling my beloved Fatboy to start a new winter project. I just listed it in the classified section. I want to sell it fairly quickly but do not need to. I will entertain any reasonable offers. What do you guys think it's worth? Here's a link to the classified section... https://www.hdforums.com/forum/motor...oy-bagger.html
Honestly? Probably somewhere in the 12K range. NADA has it valued in the 9K-10K range. Who knows though, someone may see it and want it regardless of it's book value.
I hate to say this, 'cause that's one awesome-looking bike, but I think you'll be hard-pressed to get more than 12 for it. It's not fuel injected, which most people are looking for at this point. And it's black. Good for you and me, but most people like chrome.
The used bike market sucks right now. You might get lucky with it, but I wouldn't count on it. Shame too, 'cause that bike's got potential.

I agree with the whole carb and market sucks idea. If at all possible i would keep it until you can get more into for it or just keep it for yourself. I know you put way more than 12k into that thing.
