Crossbones front fender change

I just got home from getting my fender and I'm pretty excited about getting it on there. I have to admit that I'm kinda hesitant on taking the paint off of it though because it is super nice, maybe I should just get another bike for this fender.
I'm going to need some help finding all the other part because I really don't want to spend $500 at the dealer (that's what I was quoted for the above part numbers).
I figure with the internet being what it is today maybe I can find the stuff online for cheaper.
What do you guys think about this axle? Will the big chrome spacer in this axle kit replace the wrench looking crossbones thing I'm supposed to cut and reuse? https://www.ebay.com/p/V-Twin-Manufa...53873868&rt=nc
Second question is about the spherical bearings, the dealer wants about $85 each. Does anyone have pictures and measurements of them? Or better yet a link to a bearing shop that has them without the Harley-Davidson tax?
How about the hubcaps? Dealer wants $40 each
I have kids to feed and need to do stuff as cheap as possible lol.
