Hey guys,
I'm be getting a D&D Fatcat soon and wanted to see which baffle you are running. When completed my motor specs are:
95 cu in, Weisco pistons (10.5:1 compression), T-Man Stage II Heads, T-Man 625R Cam- chain conversion, 51 mm Throttle Body, PM Super Gas Air Breather, D&D Fatcat Pipe.
D&D recommends the Big Bore Baffle with this setup. Any you guys running this baffle? Any opinions?
I have been running the standard (louvered) baffle on my bike for about a year. It was a 103", but now it's a 113". I spoke to Leonard at D&D last month, and he suggested the big bore for my 113". I'm going to stick with the standard for now, and see how she performs.
I'm running a quiet baffle with the same compression, cam, and heads you have on my 103. I'm making 116/116. The standard or big bore baffle will make more noise and make less low-end torque. The quiet baffle is the shiznit, and I'd use it up to a 110 or 113.

Yeah, he said usually the big bore is for more cubes than I have but because of the free flowing heads, compression, and cams that I have this would let it breathe better. I would assume the standard would provide a little more back pressure. I'm also curious about the sound differnce, if any.
