Default Tools to carry?

What tools do you carry?

I carry a few tools most of the time I ride. Torx, allen, cresent, phillips and slot screwdrivers, 2 pairs of channels locks and vice grips.

What do you carry?

I'll tell you one other thing to add: cable ties. These things saved me one time when I had the shifter linkage come out of its socket. Went to change gears and the lever went all the way down but didn't change gears. I was like... what the hell? I was able to coast to the side of the road and I was lucky enough to have some cable ties. A couple of minutes later and I was back on the road.

RNBONES,
I looked at your bike pics and you must carry any tools in your pockets.

dstegjas,
Thats a great link. I think i'm gonna pick one up and a fork bag to mount on the bottom of my front frame! You can just strap it on for longer rides when you might need it. Thanks bro!

Not a problem RNBONES, glad to pass it on. I got tired of trying to figure out all the tools I might need if I had problems on the road. This seemed to cover it all and at a fair price too.
