That's showing the various phases. They're white running lights all the time, until you use the turn signal, then the one becomes a flashing Amber light or hazards, and then both flash Amber.
Oh, and no, I didn't need a module or resistor. They flash at normal speed, but my dash indicator does flash faster. I just ignore it.

I am happy with my set up, 7" LED Truck-lite and 2 x 4" LED Auxiliary lights. I bypassed the Lo/High switching and my Auxiliary lights stay on all the time, whether I have the high or Lo beam lit up.
It looks like I am driving in daylight in the dark.
i have seen some from custom dynamics that go around the forks. no restrictions there i'm guessing
Restrictions, yes, but we do not have annual inspections. As long as there are "some kinda" lights, big or small and functioning, the police leave you alone.
I was asked by police when I got pulled over once "where are your rear signals?" I replied "in my tail light". He wrote me a ticket for speeding and left.
