Thanks for the info. I wanted to try it but my dealer said I could not return it if it did not fit. Can you post some pics of it on your bike and a pic of the hole? I just want to see how it looks. Do you know what the part # is? Thanks.
Here you go... no pics of the hole but can say it is. The approx diameter of a pencil.
You might want to think about putting a switch in that hole and wiring up a garage door opener. I got the risers put on today. They look pretty good and made a big difference. It'll take a little bit of getting used to and I'll probably make a few adjustments to the controls and the bar itself to get them exactly where I want them. I didn't need new cables or anything so it ended up being a lot cheaper then I thought it was going to. It felt much more comfortable at 70 mph now that I can lean back a lot farther and use more of the seat for support. They look better then I thought they would too.

Hi
Are the risers you put on the 6" pullback HD risers?
Ive put the 4" Pullback risers on My FB Lo & while it has made a bit of difference I feel a bit more would be better & if you can put the 6" on without new cables thats a big bonus.
The risers are the six inch HD ones. I really thought I would need new cables but the dealer got the existing ones to work fine. I was worried it might be a little too much pullback but it's actually pretty good. I only had to pay about 80 bucks for labor instead of a whole bunch more for cables. I originally tried the super reduced reach solo seat but it moved me too far forward on the floorboards. I still have it for sale if anyone's interested. I'll let it go for 100.00 plus shipping for anyone on this thread.
So I just realized something. The stock front may not look not bad once the rear fender is lowered via shotgun shocks. Once dropped a few more inches it will line up nice to front fender. I still have the front heritage/deluxe on back order. Even though new front will really beef up the look...the stock will match a lot better. I will still get the new one painted and swap for the mood, but it's nice knowing both fenders will look good.
