Need help isntalling toolbox on 07 deluxe

This is the 3rd thread you've resurrected about this toolbox. 
I'm sure there are a few more you can find.
What have you done to search for it? Did you bother to Google the part number?
I did. The only place I can locate one that indicates it is in stock is in the UK. They do international shipping. The cost to get it? That depends how bad you want this toolbox.

Wisconsin Harley Davidson shows one on their website, but I would
call them to inquire if it is really "in stock"....

Are you trying to use your existing bracket without the required spacer kit ?
ie) Spacer Kit P/N 49352-00 is required when used with Original Equipment passenger footpegs...
