Default Screamin' Eagle Heavy Breather Filter Cover Anyone using this?

Found another pretty little thing I gotta have, or do I??

http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US

Does anyone have one of these? I think it's a bit spendy for what it is but do think it looks super cool. Any feedback on the quality and over all thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

T

$170 to cover the filter? I can think of a lot of other totally useless HD gear I'd rather throw my money at.

Why would you spend $300.00 to increase flow then another $170.00 to reduce it?

Would it really reduce it that much? If so, then yes, that would seal the deal on a BIG NO for the add on.

It depends if your concerned about performance. That cover defeats the purpose of an open air element filter. The only time I cover mine up is when I'm riding in a rain storm. The black rain sock at $20.00 looks better & is way cheaper.

I didn't mean to be so blunt but look at the cover. Just looking; it shields at least half the filter element.
