I just used a hair dryer and my finger and they came right off. I cleaned up with WD40. The whole process, 4 reflectors, took maybe 15 minutes.

easy zippo lighter fluid..no dont light them on fire lol the fluid will eat the glue and it wont hurt the paint..i use this because i always have it around so why go buy something else.i have done this several times and not just my bike but all my friends and familys rides as well..once finished wash off any residue with regular soap and water

Mine just popped off when the temp dropped to the low 20's, the adhesive doesn't hold in the freezing cold. Grabbed it with pliers and it came of clean.

Take a small flat screwdriver tightly wrapped in electrical tape, place under reflector base..apply light constant pressure above adhesive and below the plastic reflector working from one side to the other, the plastic piece should come off fairly easily.

Spray thumb with WD40 and use the fingernail to work edges of remaining adhesive tape up.

Use sticker remover if available or WD 40 on residue, spray and and let sit a few minutes..rub off adhesive residue.

Spray with favorite cleaner and polish.

x2. I actually don't use a heat gun, but it would make it a tad easier.

I dont recommend the prying method. One of my reflectors came off great with hair dryer and goo gone but the other one gave me a hastle so I tried wrapping a screw driver up real well and.....a few scratches on my forks later, off she popped.
Should have just kept heating it with the dryer. Just my two cents....
