guys, i am confused. my 08 Rocker C has plain old 1157 bulbs in the turn signal/brake lights. i did not get the bike new, but bought it from a guy who had it only 3 months.
i was going to suggest changing the led bulbs using things from superbriteleds.com. i totally reworked the signal lights on my restored 1974-cb-750 honda, to use a 1.5/1.5 square led segment.
help me understand the lights. i am going to take the cover off one of the lights and check it out. maybe you are correct, wondering now.
thanks

If they're regular bulbs, they've been changed from stock. The led bulbs are allegedly non servicable. I fronts are 1157's but all the rear lights including the license light are led.
Stuff like this makes me want to stay where I am at with technology. All most a weeks takehome for a blinker is just out of the question for me.I am surprised that it was covered under warrantee given it is electrics.
