I am looking for advice on a new solo seat for my 96 Fatboy. I would like one that gives me the lower look yet supports me when I am on the highway at high speeds. It also shouldn't be the long look creeping up the rear fender, not sure what you call that .. lol.
Check out a C&C solo or Low profile solo. I run the lo pro solo and love it. It lowers you and provides a nice amount of support for low back. Here is mine. I can get them for you PM or email me for pricing please. DREW@DRVTWIN.COM
I am still loving my mustang solo and still astonished at how comfortable it is....long rides, fast rides (albeit I do use a windshield for long faster rides) have created no butt or back fatigue, but it doesn't lower you (It raised me a couple of inches....but it looks lower)
Here are two pics of my Barebones with custom stitching and buttons. I ordered the matching pillion later and believe it or not it looks better with it on. I had intended to put it on when my wife was going to ride but everyone said to leave it on.

I would have to agree, Chuck at C&C is the best. He hooked me up with a Solo Seat for my SB and I will be looking him up again for my Fatboy.
Now I have a couple Corbin seats and they are close to the C&C seat at twice the money, but not as comfortable.
