I might as well give up. I worked on the front break system again this afternoon trying the reverse fill and ended up making more of a mess than anything in my garage. Still no pressure on the break handle. I must not have been doing something right. I tried the syringe with a clear hose and it did fill the resevoir a couple of times but still must have air still in the system. I might have to take it in the a shop the weekend after all.
Did you put the cap on and turn the bars to the right? The bleeder is higher up when the bars are turned to the right, especially when the bike is on the side stand.
AV8OR, I did try that and the reverse bleeding. I've check lines for leaks and all was good. This afternoon I will try the gravity feed system or call it IV method. I'm beginning to think maybe the m/c in install may be defected. I don't really don't know how to check it to see it its working or not. thanks for everyones input on this.
Carefully disassemble the master cylinder and inspect the cup seals and internals.
I had similar problems when I replaced my controls. Found a metal burr. The rebuilding kits are inexpensive.

I tried this afternoon crack open the bleder and puting a clear hose in a container with break fluid half full then connecting it to the bleder valve. I must have pumped the break handle for 30 minutes and still no fluid would come out the hose. I also tried the old way and hand wife pump break handle 20 or so time then hold the handle in while I open the bleder valve and still no fluid would come out. I think my reservoir is pumping ok because when I had the hose conneted to the bleder valve running into the container with break fluid as I pump the break handle it would draw the fluid up into the hose 3-4 inches and when I release it would go back into the container. I guess the weekend I will buy me a vac pump and give that a try.
Man oh man bro. I know they can be finicky, but wow, you have put in your time on this one. I hope you get it soon. Let us know what was up, so maybe someone else won't have to loose as much sleep as you.
I have a friend coming over this afternoon and we both are going to tackle this one! When I finally discover whats the problem I will sure post the out come. Maybe it will help someone else when they change reservoir. again thanks everyone for your support.
Well I found my problem! I pull my chrome resevoir back off and bench tested it and found it would not purduce hardly any pressure when I pull the handle but when I release the handle it had plenty of suctions. I put my factory black one back on and it bled up and works great without any problems at all. I guess I'll leave the black one on until I can get it looked at by someone. I've never tried rebuilding a reservoir. Thanks for everyones help and the positive thing is I learn so much on bleeding a front break system.
