Rocker rear fender ideas

Default Rocker rear fender ideas

i know about heartland and other kits.

But is there a way to take rear fender struts from another softail model and remount the existing rear fender?

looking for a diy method that doesnt cost 2k.

thanks, i have seen that as well.

just looks like you could take the struts from another softail and drill some holes and move factory fender up .

guess if no one has tried yet, i need to break out the tape measure and head to the dealership.

I guess if you like your rocker to look like a dirt bike with a foot between the tire and fender OK..

We just did several at work.The HL kit is a pretty well thought out system.The Rocker is low as it is,not sure I would want it any lower.

Just a thought but you could get cvo springer struts and use them with a rwd fender(which is the heartland fender anyway)

I don't think that would work. The rwd fender has it's struts molded into the fender, I do believe. What about just buying Heartland struts to mount the stock fender? I'm thinking the fender will have to be cut down in the front and a new rock guard figured out as well.
