Default Rush crossover exhaust question ?

Seriously thinking about getting a Crossover system for my Fatboy. What is the difference between the 1.5" and 1.75" baffle. How does quality compare to vance And Hines? Thanks

All I can tell you is that from my experience with the 1.75 is they have a nice rumble and they are loud enough to set off a car alarm or two. I have had few compliments on the sound of my pipes. They are loud but not so loud to be obnoxious. While cruising at road speed they are are not so loud that you can't hear yourself think but they bark really nice when you get on the throttle.

The diff between them is 1/4 inch....

That means the 1 3/4 in it the hole in the middle all the way through the baffle.

the 1.5", means it has a 1.5" hole all the way though.

If U have or plan on doing stg1 U'll be better with the 1 3/4''

if U think U'll ever do cam U can even go with the 2''ers..

Quality wise,, I've had my Pipes for 4ys and they still look new when I polish them up.

Get the 1.75s They have a nice civil idle and cruise, but bark pretty good when you crack the throttle just a little. The sound is great, its nice and deep not raspy or tinny. Get em at a stupid low price while you can...............ebay.

Also meant to ask about the ceramic coating. Is it very visible with the chrome heat shields and how does it hold up? will pipes eventually rust?
