That is a fact. I am of the opinion that I stated above due to my personal experiences. Is it luck? Like I said, I prefer to go and check out a companies operation whenever possible prior to making the decision to sell their products and put them on my vehicle. I am lucky that I live in the vicinity of numerous aftermarket manufacturers. Regardless, have a great labor day weekend and get out and ride that bike now that all is sorted out.

Best Regards,

Drew

Why don't we settle this once and for all? Drew have WR send me a set of wheels. I'll test them and let everyone know what I think!

I have been riding every day but my pocket is light because of all the extra money i had to spend to make things right.one can only go by his experience and give the facts i still have a bad taste over this situation and i really do not like people who try to make a fool of me. i proved ride wright wrong about the tire and all i got was a bunch of bull **** when someone takes money out of my pocket well they should have some taken out of theirs every thing i wrote is a fact and the customer service i got was worthless you can rave about them all you want but there is nothing good that i can say. i got a terrible piece of work sent to me tire not beaded correctly pinched tube along with a bad jagged edge tire had to machine the wheel and shim it cost me a lot so with that being said you wont be hearing any think good from me. just as people will hear good things well the bad has to be heard also there prices are a lot higher than other brands you would expect more for your money there is NO EXCUSE ABOUT THE WAY I GOT TREATED none all you dont like what i wrote all they had to do was the right thing and this story would have been done a long time ago. if Ride wright thinks that the tire they sent me was ok they should not be in business because a nine year old could tell you it was a piece of crap

So you think it's highly commendable the they pay for their own mistakes? Of course they should, they screwed up, it certainly shouldn't cost the consumer. It's their obligation to make good on a sale. And if they aren't willing to meet their obligation of correcting their mistakes, a court of law will see that they do. Not trying to bust your ***** Drew, but it's a real stretch to highly praise them for cleaning up their own crap. This is all just a simple matter of quality control. There is no excuse for poor quality items to leave their building. I own 2 companies and we screw things up too, everybody does. But nobody knows of our mishaps because we thoroughly inspect everything before it ships, it's that simple. Your defense of RW may even have an adverse effect on your credibility in some folks eyes. I really do want a set of wheels, but I'm totally turned off to WR at this point. I'll just keep watching to see if things improve. After seeing the headaches others have gone through, I'll wait til winter before I buy just so I don't have to miss out on any riding, that would be a real ****-off.

In the motorcycle industry is is extremely commendable as their are tons of companies who will do nothing which I have experienced first hand. That was my entire point. Shoudl every product be problem free and perfect before it ships? Absolutely. Is taht the nature of a custom wheel business? No.

My sole point was stating that companies that care of business after the initial sale are far and few between in this industry. I am not arguing for or against, I am telling what I have experienced. Choose whatever you want to choose. It does not matter to me. However it does bother me when facts are misconstrued.

The fact that I compeltely disagree with is that DNA is a better or alternate purchase in any way. There is a very good reason I do not sell their stuff. That is it. Enjoy. Have a great weekend and I'll do my best to stay out of this thread from here on out. I should not even be working, lord knows I'm not getting paid on labor day weekend.

Well, picked up my wheels from Ride Wright, they really do look the Dogs!
Met with the team there, all really nice & seem to know their stuff!
Managed to get them back to England on the plane, no probs!!

But at this moment in time the bikes in the SHD workshop in England, having 'new' wheel spacers made up for it as the wheels 'won't' fit with the standard ones?
Hope after this they will fit on OK?

So I'm still reserving total judgement until I see where I stand at the end of the week? not very happy at present though & I'll wait to see what the bill comes out at?

You know customer service is suppose to happen when the sale happens not after the fact. Why can't companies get it right the first time? You can tell me how great they are taking care of the issue, but for my money I want it right the first time.
