Well said.

I owned my fat daddys for several years - no issues, no tubes, no pitting or flaking. If I ever opt for a 21 up front, it will absolutely be ride wright.

Exactly. As a business owner myself that ships 100's of packages a day, things can happen. But it's how you approach and fix the problem that shows what kind of business you run. All you clock punching weekend warrior whiners haven't a clue what a takes to run a business and handle all the fires you have to put out on a daily basis. You guys can barely handle a little screw up in your order and act like the world is going to end. "Bikers" these days. lol

I totaly agree with you on the sweat shop **** however the next time you buy anything wrapped in a H.D. wrapper read where its from. (China) Sucks. And I thought H.D. was made in America. I have DNAs on my sled with ZERO issues.

When I put down my hard *** earned money for a product I do expect the best. If we do not expect the best then why are we buying it? Are we no better than the "Chinese sweatshop crap" (don't read the labels in a harley dealership). No business ever turns away your money.
Maybe because I am just a "clock puncher" I should expect to pay top dollar and get less than what I pay for + bad customer service. Hell no!
Does chit happen? Yes. I judge a business by how it handles screw ups and how it treats its customers. I have worked with the public for 25+ years. I know how some people get. I also know you fix your screw ups and treat the customer right. Especially if you or your employees (you hired them and they are a reflection of you) are at fault.

why are we not allowed to use real cuss words? Im a grown man and I have to read the word chit? For the record, Markland Industries is the largest supplier of HD accessories and they are located in California, not china.

So I got a little 411 on RW today. Apparently Sam (the owner) is out of town on vacation. I had an issue, had left a message for him and one of his employees called me back and took care of it after 6pm at that. It would have been better if there were not an issue, but someone is busting their *** to make things right at least for me, and I really appreciate it. A big thank you to Danielle. See you one fo these days.
