Fit finish and quality on my ride wrights is awesome.
No complaints, just a lot of compliments.
As I said in another thread, the folks over ay RW are so easy to work with that my local shop became a dealer after placing my order (their first w.RW)
In comparison they dropped their dealership status with DNA due to nightmare after nightmare
Chap i feel for you I had so many problems with Ride wright also. just remember even a broken clock is right twice a day. i dont care how many people are happy all we have to go by is our experience when dealing with them. nothing more or less. with that being said we have a right to express our self's. if something is one in a million and your that one it might as well be a million. you can make up all the stories you want about there quality and how good they are but you wont convince us who took it on the chin. All one can say is how things went for them. give all you guys what we received and i would like to here your comments then. These guys are making good money off of over priced parts and they should be making sure each and every one of there mistakes is made right without a cost to the buyer. Where i come from you make a mistake you stand up and make it right that's what a real men do.you do not insult your customer we are smarter then you think. if Ride Wright cost this guy money because of there mistakes THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE COSTS NO IF ANDS OR BUTS. NO ONE SHOULD LOOSE MONEY BECAUSE OF MISTAKES SOMEONE ELSE MADE. STAND UP AND MAKE IT RIGHT.
I'm a Quality Engineer! So know only to well what it's all about!
Move to SQE, you may have a chance to blow all that steam and/or roll on top of a power rush... I used to deal with QAE's all the time, they had the customers so far up in their asses that at the minimum non-conformity they wanted to hang a supplier to get even Not saying that is your case. You're new around here, stay for a while, the motorcycle after market is far from perfect but I've seen many bikes in here beyond perfection, their owners must be doing something right and putting up with some bumps on the road...
After speaking with RW yesterday I discovered that the owner is out of town on vacation. That is why you are having to wait. Not defending anyone here, just letting you know the facts. When you go on vacation are you taking all the urgent calls too? I don't know about you, but I work very hard and enjoy having a few days without having to work although that rarely happens.
I'll probably have a heart attack before 50 due to my incessant work, but it is what it is. I spoke with RW last night after 6pm as they called me back with an issue I had. Go figure. It must have something to do with being over seas.
