Oh you changed out the breather for cosmetic reasons. Is it still a restricted
flow breather like the original?

You should shop online for parts and use the gift card on labor. You'll be able to save a ton of money that way.

Also if you get a tuner you won't have to pay the dealer to download. Most sites wil give the map for your set up?

Probably selling my short shots within the month

I had the Screaming Eagle Ventilator Performance Air Cleaner installed.

Stylish low-profile exposed element air cleaner kit provides increased airflow to boost the power of your fuel injected engine. The track-inspired exposed element adds a purposeful look to the bike, and the included waterproof rain sock protects the filter during inclement weather. This easy-to-install kit includes low-profile air cleaner cover, high-flow filter element, back plate, Screamin' EagleŽ badge, protective rain sock, and all required installation hardware. Street legal when used with stock mufflers. All EFI-equipped models require ECM calibration (priced separately).

Basically... I want to see what is the cheapest way (temporarily) to get the full exhaust on my bike, safely.

Or should I just "waste" the money for just the slip-ons for now, and get full exhaust/AC, and tuner later on?

Any idea where the cats are on a 2011 Lo?

Thanks again guys, not trying to spark an argument!

Maybe I should WAIT on the stage-one stuff for later, forget the slip-ons, and just get the speedo that I like for now? LOL

I say check with your dealer before you buy parts online and ask them to install them. Some dealers only install parts purchased from them. Whatever you decide, enjoy the new ride.

Ok, got vance&hines big-shots in black, screamin' eagle stage 1 air cleaner kit (the stock cover fit over it, sweet!), and a v&h fuel pak.

installed at Eastern Performance. runs like a champ, and i feel like the bike is finally ALIVE!

she is definitely running a bit quicker than before, not just the loudness playing tricks on me, this bike woke up!

i am so happy with my stage one choices, i appreciate everyone's input.

so it starts.... (ignore the Bimmer!)

Anyone else notice the volume of the exhaust while sitting on the bike is MUCH louder than when you are watching it ride by.

Stupid question, but is that normal? Like, WAY louder when youre riding than watching it ride by...

First thing I wanted to do was cool her down...

Thats means pipes. A/C, SERT, and dyno, before Eye Candy for me..

Then I did Cam to make her even better...Course the usual $3-$4k worth of chrome mods, pillion seat, detachable sissy-bar, floorboards, inserts, and leather work.
