Any idea where i can find this 'scallop' type chrome trim piece for the front fender? I'd like to replace my 'deluxe' badge. Also, do you know if it will cover up the existing holes?
Dude, when all else fails I google it!! I swear you can find anything that way. Also, is that one bike yours, the one with the mag or custom wheel on it in the front? I am having a hard time finding custom wheels for the Deluxe or at least anything that I like.
May check this I just looked in hurry before heading to work, Front Fender Side Spear Set. They've got plenty of other items as well, go to there site and search fender trim. Good luck.
EDIT - the fitment may be obviously for something else, but sometimes you just have to make it work. lol Search though, there may be something specific for your bike etc.
TBone... Thanks for your response. Trust me, Google too is my best friend but I have had no luck finding that small trim piece.
...and yes, the pic im my sig is my scoot but it's an old pic. 19's up front and 18's I'm the rear. Actually they are currently for sale since I changed my setup.
NC..I browsed the entire JP catalog to no avail. I was actually surprised they didn't have it.
Anybody else? I know the pic is not clear but I'm looking for the chrome trim piece that replaces the 'deluxe' emblem on the fender.
When Harley reissued the Heritage Softail Standard in '06 or so, they used that side spear piece in place of the "Heritage Softail" emblem. Your Harley dealer should be able to supply the part numbers for the trim.
