Cool One for the books
Mabye, somebody let me know.2011 hd softail deluxe. Picked it up 4 wks ago. 680 miles. Major oil leak. Harley said it was a porous engine. Incorrect mix when they poured the mold for engine block. HARLEY REPLACED ENTIRE ENGINE. Got my bike back in a week, thats the good news. 2011 Softail owners, be on the lookout for oil under frame. you may not see oil drops on garage floor right away.

Manufacturing defects do occur, specially with half asst quality control. One reason the buy used.

Enjoy your new engine.

my dealer delivered a bike last year only to have to go pick it back up the next day for the same issue leaking oil out the case it was a pourous case.
