And don't forget to apply a liitle bit of high-temp red rtv silicone !!!

Where do I put the silicone? And do I lock tight everything

Apply the RTV to the inside of the female end of all of the slip joints (where two pipes slide together) so when you slide the male ends into them the RTV stays inside the pipe. It will help to seal the system to prevent leaks. I used blue loctite on the bolts when I installed the new seat post and the bolts that hold the tail pipe brackets to the frame and the bolts that hold the tail pipes to the brackets.

On the left side does the pipe go under or over the passenger foot peg, or do I need to remove it?

you shouldn't have to remove the footpeg. but if you do it should give you more room to work with

Let us know if you notice any loss of power. Not that three of four ftlbs is going to make a **** bit of difference but you have to love those people that have a Dyno built into their asses. After you get a couple hundred miles on the system you might want to go back and retighten all of the bolts. Or at least check them.
