Let us know if you notice any loss of power. Not that three of four ftlbs is going to make a **** bit of difference but you have to love those people that have a Dyno built into their asses. After you get a couple hundred miles on the system you might want to go back and retighten all of the bolts. Or at least check them.
Dunno, swore we just discussed that.

norcal, I installed it myself so I'm not sure what labor would be. I would guess an indy shop would probably charge 4 or 5 hours and HD would probably charge 8 to 10. Someone else may have a more accurate estimate with what they may have been charged.
The install isn't bad at all really and you may want to consider doing it yourself. There are a lot of install threads on here and plenty of us who would help with answering any questions and JD is only a phone call away. The most difficult part may be the removal of the shock mounting bolts, it is pretty much plug and play.
i just picked up a 2011 deluxe about a month ago, and today i just purchased the 39"cholos unbaffled from samson. my question is will i be able to install in my garage, is it easy enough for someone with little mechanical experiance?
Very easy. I just took a set of unbaffled Samsons off and put OEM exhaust on my FXST (too loud). The Samsons are much easier to work with because they don't have the crossover bracket. Just get new exhaust port gaskets and remember to tighten the flanges at the head, before you tighten the mounts to the frame at the bottom.
Good luck with yours - I did gain noticeable power when I switched back to stock.
