On the unstall instructions of my V&H duals it says: recommended exhaust port gaskets: harley part number 17048-98 or 65324-83A. I got me the SE ones, a bit harder to instal, but no popping.
For what it's worth, I have a similar set up, 2007 Dyna with same AC and pipes as you have, and had annoying popping until the bike was dynojet tuned which got rid of 99% of it. If you are in NJ than I am going to recommend Dave at JD Cycle Works in Hellertown, outside of Bethleham, PA. He did my bike. He prefers TTS (MasterTune) but you can call him and ask if he can work with your tuner.

I installed those yesterday after work. Rode in this morning...same ol song and dance. It's definitely NOT an exhaust leak. I'm going to have to take it in to a tuning center and have a map specifically made for my ride...
Doing a Google search, from the Power Commander site:
"Once the above is done and you still have popping we can move on to the fuel map. Open the map you are currently using. In the 0% TP column from 2,000 RPM and higher enter a value of 20. Click upload and ride the bike. Often this is the only change that is required. You can also add a value of 10-15 in the 2% column from 3,000 RPM and higher (in addition to the 0% adjustment). "
You may want to just try that adjustment and see if it takes care of your issue - not a hard tweak to make?
as a matter of fact tunaman..I just did that..... I took a map for a 2004 with all of the same features as mine, and in the 0 from 1750 RPM to 6500 I put 15, and in the 2 column I put 10 from 1750 down. I'll see what happens...
I'm done! I can't get these effin decel pops fixed. I put a value of 35 in the 0 column from 1750 RPM down, and still can't get the decel pops to quit!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to go up to 2500 rpms and be sure you are going both cylinders.
that is what worked for me.
