they said they would give me 175.00 back for the rim?!? wtf! the shops name is REDS CYCLE AND RODS! located in pickens south carolina! they were in greenville until the company they rented the building for kicked them out for bad business. Im trying to contact a lawer now about it. im prob going to be f-ed because they will be going out of business soon. we know a LOT of bikers in the area and trust me i have let it be known what happened and im not the first its happened to. I own a business and i know i would never do someone like this! it just really pissses me off but what do you do. Laws are for the people doing the screwing not the ones getting screwed.

Here is the skinny if you decide to sue them. It will cost you more time, effort and money then you put into your wheel. I have had to deal with the courts for the past 11 years and its obscene what one has to go through. In the end you will lose because you can NOT prove it was them and not an act of your own riding when you pulled it out of thier shop. Does that **** you off? Then that is just a small taste of what you will get if you decide to sue them. The best thing to do is to put a big *** sign on that wheel and let it sit around where many bikers will see it. Put a sign in your car window, take out an add in the paper BUT, let me tell you this 1st before you do any of those though, if you do that, they will sue you!!!
