Default Softail Slim??

Anyone have one? I ride an Iron 883 and was just at the dealership over lunch, and happened to sit on one. DAMN! The thing sits as low or lower than my Iron and feels lighter also. He wanted me to ride it, but had to get back for a conference call. I am now scared to go back and ride it later this week, as I am afraid I may not be able to leave without it. I enjoy that the Sporty connects you with the road, but I am now in my 40's and have had some back problems. I would think the ride will be a whole lot better.

I am starting to worry I may do what I said I would not, get rid of the Sportster for a bigger bike. It does have the new 103, correct?

Thanks for any input or advice.

I can vouch for the ride being better on a softail. And yes the Slim has the 103

I am pretty sure that the Slim is the lowest bike HD has right now.

I am not a very large person, 5-8 140, so like the lowness of it. I could not believe when I stood it up how much lighter it felt than my Iron. It must have a much lower center of gravity. The bike actually felt lighter, even though it is about 100 lbs heavier ( I think?)

I have had a Slim for about 2 months, very cool and I love it. Makes you feel cool riding it! Sportsters fool a lot of people thinking cause it's the smallest it will be the easiest to ride WRONG they have a higher centre of gravity than a lot of other Harleys. Oh and the 103 motor cranks the Slim along real well too, hang on believe me!
