Seat help for 2011 Heritage
Hi guys, my 75 yo butt is taking a beating, after 1-1/2 hr of riding I got to take a break, as the old bottom is screaming.
can some one recomend a good seat for me and the wife, 95% of my riding is 2 up.. I know the Heritage is not the best for a smooth ride.
I'm 5' 11" 165lbs, & the wife 5' 8" & 160lbs
I have put on Progressive 422RAP's and that gave it a bit more cush to the the ride, but still hitting a good bump will still bounce the wife forward on the seat, as it seams to slope to the front & she is always has to slide back. I did put on the H-D Touring Pillion for her, but there just is not enough padding in both the seats for us.
so any sugestion would be a big help as you know price of good seats ain't cheep.. the local dealers around here don't have anything that I could look at, so we'll have to send off to get one, but I want to be sure to get the right one..
I'm not to fond of the pillow seat look, but it seams I need more foam in them.
Guess I'm looking for the 1950 Buick ride.. ha. ha..
but I want to keep the Heritage.............
